
Yesterday I bought few types of mushroom and decided to have 'mushroom feast' at home. I cooked the 3 types of mushroom separately (but with about same type of seasoning), for Portabella mushroom I tried stir frying and 'grilling' method, hmm… still got room of improvement. Personally like this dish most, new invention from me, I simply name it 'mushroom fries' bah =D The ingredients are Eryngii mushroom (the name on the packaging) or Xing1 Bao1 Gu1, some mushroom seasoning and some parsley flakes, actually if want to add some tom yam paste or chilli flakes also can. I love it, cos it got the Q-Q chewing feel, heehee, yum yum, sure will cook it again =D
Hmm… am considering to buy a nice plate, so next time I put the cooked mushroom on top and take pic, sure the pic looks nicer and yummier than when put inside the black pot. =D
